Following a rather violent crash, the driver was unable to respond. After numerous voice contacts in the cab without any response, the operator of the Operations Centre first of all contacted the traceability number of the driver’s husband and then decided to contact the Police to report the incident indicating both the location and related mobile phone number. On arriving at the scene, the husband confirmed the accident and, in view of the presence of the ambulance and of the Police, did not require any further assistance.
