This is what happened in Foggia on October 5 when the Viasat Operations Centre<\/strong><\/u><\/a> was alerted by a 5.3 SECURITY<\/strong><\/u>, SPECIAL CAR DEALER of cutting of cables. The Operations Centre immediately called the client who, arriving on the scene, discovered the crime. The steering wheel had been removed from the vehicle and there were evident signs of tampering with electrical parts. He reported that, on reaching the vehicle, he saw several persons running away at great speed.
