From 1st of October 2021 you can pay <\/span>truck tolls in Poland<\/b> with Viasat Technology’s vToll International service. This makes 10 countries for which the service is available! In addition to Poland, vToll International includes 9 more countries – Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Truck tolls in Poland – what do we need to know?<\/b><\/p>\n

Poland has replaced its VIATOLL toll system with a new e-TOLL system. As of 1 October, e-TOLL is the only toll payment system for the toll road network in Poland. In the e-TOLL system it is possible to pay for both national roads and motorways managed by GDDKiA.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Poland, all vehicles over 3.5 tonnes are subject to tolls when travelling on the toll road network, which is over 3000 km.<\/span><\/p>\n

With vToll International and B’Moov’s on-board unit, road vehicles with a technically permissible maximum mass over 3.5 tonnes can travel on Poland’s toll road network, including e-Toll, A1 (Rusocin – Czerniewice) and A4 (Katowice – Krakow), and pay their tolls automatically.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is Vtoll International?<\/b><\/p>\n

vToll International is a service for electronic toll collection in 10 countries, via the on-board GPS device B’Moov. The service includes all activities related to the reporting of toll sections through which vehicles pass and the automatic payment of tolls due via Viasat Technology’s partner for the service, AXXES. The toll is determined by the class of road, distance travelled, category, emission class and number of axles of the vehicle. vTtoll International also includes tolls for the Herrentunnel and Liefkenshoek tunnels, as well as for the Storebaelt and Oresund bridges<\/span><\/p>\n
