As a result of this operation, all\u00a0<strong>Cogema<\/strong>\u2018s production plants will come under the control of\u00a0<strong>VEM Solutions<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The completed merger extends\u00a0<strong>the Group\u2019s expertise and industrial capabilities<\/strong>, which can now boast not only the production plants in Italy, but also those in\u00a0<strong>Bulgaria and China<\/strong>, respectively, of\u00a0<strong>Minipuls OOD (Bulgaria) and Blu Tech Co Ltd (China)<\/strong>, now 100% owned by VEM Solutions. In addition to this, there is also\u00a0<strong>a manufacturing partnership in Tunisia<\/strong>, as well as\u00a0<strong>a supply chain centre<\/strong>\u00a0for research and development of new electronic components purchasing areas. In particular, on the Bulgarian market, the aim will be to promote synergies between\u00a0<strong>Viasat Technology<\/strong>, the\u00a0<strong>Viasat Group\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0centre of excellence in the field of design and development of telematics and IoT solutions and platforms, and\u00a0<strong>Minipuls<\/strong>, starting from the consolidation of all activities in the\u00a0<strong>joint headquarters in Plovdiv in southern Bulgaria<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>VEM Solutions<\/strong>\u00a0is an Italian company that has been operating for\u00a0<strong>over 45 years<\/strong>\u00a0in Research and Development, engineering and production of electronic systems and products.
