Viasat Group (a leading company in Europe in the field of Satellite Security Systems) announces that it has completed the acquisition of 60% of the shares of Teamind Solution (Italian System Integrator, specialised in intelligent technological solutions for the world of mobility), with the aim of strengthening the presentation on the market of innovative applications and integrated satellite-based telematics services, able to simplify and optimise the activities of road haulage and logistics companies. Alessandro Peron was confirmed as Chief Executive Officer of Teamind Solution, whereas Massimo Getto, Vice Chairman and CFO of Viasat Group, was confirmed as Chairman of the company. Valerio Gridelli, Chief Executive Officer of Viasat S.p.A., will also have a seat in the BoD.
To start the joint path, Viasat Group and Teamind Solution launched the TrasportoSemplice.
