On receiving an alarm from a Ford Fiesta fitted with the BluBox, the Viasat operator alerted the owner who went immediately to check his vehicle and confirmed that our alert had prevented an attempted theft. The thieves had forced the door and tampered with the steering column and ignition pawl.
