The Operations Center was notified of the theft of a car parked on the previous evening in Via Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto at Rivolta d’Adda. The car was stolen without breaking into this as the thieves used the keys stolen from the apartment on the previous evening. As the last position notified by the switchboard corresponded to the home of the client, the operator did not contact the Police immediately. Some days later, on receiving a new alarm signal, the switchboard communicated the new position of the vehicle and the operator immediately contacted the Police which located the vehicle half an hour from when notified.
